How to Claim Airdrops on Spark with Xverse

Xverse now makes it easy to see and claim all eligible airdrops on the Spark network. If there are tokens available for you, you’ll see a “Claim” tag next to the token name in your wallet.

Why do I Need To Manually “Claim” Airdrop?

Your Spark wallet contains two addresses:

  • A default address for your main Spark balance (which you can use to track using an explorer like Sparkscan.
  • A secondary address (or deposit address) which is derived from your Taproot (bc1p…) Bitcoin address and hidden. When projects send airdrops, they often send tokens to this secondary address. This allows projects to identify holdings (such as Ordinals, Runes, or BRC-20s) and distribute tokens accordingly.

Selecting "Claim" simply moves those tokens from your secondary address into your default Spark address, consolidating your assets in one place.

All claimable tokens will automatically appear in your dashboard. If something is available, you’ll see it right there.

How to Claim Tokens

  1. Open your Xverse wallet and look for tokens with a “Claim” tag.
  2. Select the token & follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process. Once confirmed, the tokens will appear in your default Spark address.

Important Notes

  • Not supported with Ledger: This feature is not available to Ledger-connected accounts, as Ledger does not currently support Spark. If you’re using a Ledger account, you cannot receive or claim Spark airdrops in Xverse. Please consult the Spark project for details on eligibility or claiming with other methods.
  • Do your own research: Xverse is not affiliated with any projects or airdrops. We simply provide the tools to claim tokens. Please research carefully before deciding whether to claim or how to use your airdropped tokens.
